Delivery Rates & Services

All orders are shipped via Standard Greek Postal Service ELTA.

Domestic Shipping

·         All orders within Greece are shipped via standard parcel post service (with tracking-Track and Trace)

·         Domestic delivery times vary between 1-4 business days

·         All parcels will be delivered by your local postal agency

·         FOR DOMESTIC ORDERS ONLY we accept cash on delivery with a flat rate of 2,50 euro

Shipping within EU

·         All orders within EU are shipped via Greek postal service using reliable postage tracking services (Track and Trace)

·         Flat rate shipping within EU 7 euros

·         Delivery times vary between 5-7 business days

·         All parcels will be delivered by the recipients countries local postal service

·         For orders over 150 euros we offer free shipping

International Shipping

·         International orders are shipped via Greek postal service using reliable postage tracking services (Track and Trace)

·         Flat rate shipping for International orders 15 euros

·         Delivery times for international orders vary between 7-20 business days (that can take longer if held up by customs)

·         All parcels will be delivered by the recipients countries local postal service

·         For orders over 300 euros we offer free shipping

Note: Once your order has been placed, we take 1-2 working days to process

Taxes & Duties (Non EU)

All applicable custom fees, taxes and import duties are the sole responsibility of the customer even if you refuse any shipments upon delivery. Custom authorities require that Indianna states the value of your order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package.

Note: In rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages. For further information please contact your local customs office.

Currency Conversions

All prices listed on our website are in euro (EU), and charged to your credit card in euro. The bank that has issued your credit card determines the exact exchange rate that you will be charged, which fluctuates every day.
