Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

·         We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds of jewelry and accessories, or returns and exchanges due to change of mind.

·         No returns or exchanges on sale items.

Faulty Items

If you have purchased an item which is deemed to be faulty, we will exchange, repair or refund that item(s) based on the below criteria:

·         The item is returned within 14 days once purchase is received

·         The item has not been worn or damaged

·         The original tags are attached

·         You have a proof of purchase

In addition, we will provide you with the appropriate form, which you must fill out and include along with your returning item(s)
Before sending us your item(s) all returns and exchanges must be approved by Indianna.

Note: By placing an order with Indianna, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping back to us.


We do not offer refunds unless your purchase has been deemed faulty and you do not want to exchange or repair.

If your purchase is faulty we will refund you the amount you paid plus your return postage expense back to your nominated account within 14 working days. The time to process your refund will depend on your bank, usually within 6-8 working days.
